Self Love Blend
When you need some extra love, these herbs offer a warm hug.
Flavor Profile:
Floral and sweet, with the milky oat tops offering a soothing, grounding balance
Herb Information:
*Calendula: Helps treat fevers, menstrual cramps, ulcers, and skin conditions
*Rose: Promotes feelings of love and calm in the body
*Lavender: A cooling, anxiety-relieving herb
*Chamomile: One of the most popular flowers used to treat emotional anxiety and indigestion (anxiety of the stomach, if you will)
*Milky Oat Tops: A gentle yet powerful herb to soothe the nervous system
Brewing Instructions:
Prepare an infusion. Place 2 tsp herbs in a glass bowl or jar with a lid, or a ceramic teapot with a lid. Bring water to a boil, then shut off heat and pour water over the herbs. Place the lid over the bowl, jar, or teapot and let steep for at least 20 minutes. The lid helps trap the volatile oils in the herbs that carry the most potent medicine! You can also steep this overnight at either room temp or in the fridge after the liquid reaches room temp.
Kristina’s Preparation Recommendations:
This tea is so lovely on its own, especially when steeped overnight.
