What’s the Tea? Vol. 5: Your Time and Energy are Precious

This past week, I’ve been reflecting on the important lessons I’ve learned over the past few years. The most crucial one is this: our time and energy are precious. We have a finite amount of both to expend as we will. While we can’t have more than 24 hours in a day, we can live intentionally to surround ourselves with relationships and environments that revive our energy and fill our cups.

Lately, I’ve been filling my (tea) cup with some stimulating roots and barks that help give me a pep in my step, sans caffeine. More on that below!

Also, y’all…I found a way to create merch to sell on my site! I’m beyond excited to offer these sweet products you can use at home, and/or give as gifts.

This week, try and reflect on how you’re using your time and energy. How can you bring more good, revitalizing energy into your life?

Merch is Here!

So, Squarespace is amazing and provides on-demand merch production for so many different things! Right now I’m offering a Kristini Beanie (hehe), a Kristini’s Teas water bottle (for both your hot and iced tea on the go!), a Kristini’s Teas mug, and a Kristini’s Teas t-shirt. Is there anything else you’d like to see my logo on?
